On Saturday i went to Bertsham post office to my post box to collect my post, my key got stuck inside the lock and couldn't lock my box, I went inside to the Post Office and asked the gentleman behind the counter to help me regarding my lock as i explained the story to him, his response was rude and couldn't care less and was simply told to buy a new lock, Bertsham post office management and staff are continuously rude to customers, they do not go out of their way to assist any one and i pay rental for my box. I am cancelling my box because the service from SAPO is pathetic. Ive had my post box for nearly 17 years and the service stinks. Why must i buy a new lock if i have paid a deposit for it and still pay rental? Truly pathetic.
