My name is Johanna Matsamela, please help me with a problem I have with Tombstone Land (Maswika Stones cc).
On 17 July 2010, I ordered a headstone for my mother's grave from the company above in Polokwane, we agreed on the total amount (R12, 700.00), and I paid a deposit of R1, 000.00.
I have been paying monthly instalments until my final payment was done on 8 September 2012 at the Tembisa branch.
They then told me it would take 8 days for them to start erecting the stone on my mother's grave.
I have been contacting them regularly via telephone ever since 16 September 2012, and they have still not erected the headstone as promised.
I have spoken to several people at Tembisa branch (Ntombi & Potlake on 071 512 2576) and Jonas in Groblersdal (083 415 9024) as well as Henk from Groblersdal. Every time I phone they promise 8 to 6 days, recently they have been ignoring my calls and I don't know what to do anymore.
