My Unisa Modules have been with the SA Post Office for over a month, never received a notification to come and collect, and when i called the post office to follow up, i was told my parcel is in JHB CBD Post Office. My parcel was supposed to be delivered to my nearest post office. I asked then to forward the parcel to the sandton office up to this point the parcel is still in transit at Witpos Hub. Because of this delay i have missed two deadlines and every time I call no one seems to have an answer. I am frustrated and have been greatly inconvenienced.
