SA Post Office
Poor Service

I would like to place a complaint against the Post Office in Johannesburg Cnr Jeppe & Smal street.
I usually buy Fastmail envelopes, Speed Service bags and use Registered mail. I must say that at this counter there is supposed to be 2 people working there but since last year I have never witnessed 2 people working at the same time. There is always 1 person working and that person will just leave with us standing in the queue. On average the waiting period is 30-60 minutes for the services that I do there which is pathetic.

I have been the Post Office in Carlton Center, they have 1 queue that caters for everything and I must say the waiting period is 10-15 minutes.

I would like the service to change at the Post Office in Johannesburg. I will go there next week and see if there is any changes and respond.
