I purchased a Groupon voucher for eyelash extensions plus a two week refill. I was happy with the job done on the first time I went there and when I went for a refill I got bad attitude and terrible service!
When I called the salon to make an appointment for the refill, they said its not necessary and I can come anytime between 9 am and 5 pm. I waited 2 hours after which I walked out of the salon very upset without getting the refill done. The lady had seen to customers who came in after me and were getting their hair done. She said that she will only see to me after she is done with the 3 customers that were in the salon. I am assuming another 2 hour wait - she must be crazy!!!
I purchased the groupon voucher with the intention of going for the refill. The lady at the salon said that the refill was free and she cant give me my money back. The refill was part of the purchase price - nothing is free!!!
I am disugusted at her approach with handling the situation! She is absolutely unprofessional!!! The salon should make appointments for eyelash extension refills and not make their clients wait 2 hours or longer!!! I have never experienced this before! Disgusted!!!
