Unauthorized debits after cancellation

I sent a letter to Amazing vouchers on 12 November 2012 to cancel my subscriptions. I communicated with Heinrich Jacobs who kept responding to my emails by sending me a black email with an attachment that had my log in details. I responded saying I was confused by the email and that all I want is to cancel my subscription and they must stop debiting my account. He completely ignored me and I have not heard from him since. They are still debiting my account and the amount has gone up from R99 to R185 without any notification of such. I am unemployed at the moment and the little money I get into my account gets taken by Amazing vouchers. I am very upset and I need to this to stop asap and I want all the unauthorised debits from January 2013 to be refunded to me. I called their accounts department in February and they told me that their systems were down and I must call back. I did but I kept being put on hold. The last debit was done on 25 April 2013 of R185. I want my money refunded to me. I cannot keep spending my airtime to call these people and not getting anything out of it.
