Not worth it to continue to be a member of lipco anymore. I open a file at the beggining of the year. my case is still open. see below

The documents were then re-sent on 01/02/2013 and did the complainant acknowedge receipt thereof and did he confirm that he was now satisfied"
From me" I am a platinum member. I open the matter on the 11/01/2013 and send all the details that Amanda Mortimer requested to draft a mediation document. On the 16/01/2013 I wrote another email to ask her how far is she with the draft. She responded the same day and said she is still busy with it. On the 25/01/2013 I wrote another email to ask for updates. She did not respond to my email, I then called and she told me that she is waiting for her manager to give her approve the draft. Today is the 01/02/2013 and I still don't have feedback. I am going on leave and I won't have access to email or time to go through the draft if she is going to send it to me this year "
