In January this year my husband and I were in the process of purchasing a property but due to unfortunate circumstances the deal fell through. Baloyi Inc were the attorneys attorneys handling the bond and transfer. I paid the fees due to them, but since the deal had fallen through I requested my fees back but have after numerous emails as well as calls to Keshnee, Yvonne and Elizabeth at Baloyi Inc all I've been getting is the run around. I know that my emails to Keshnee, Yvonne and Elizabeth have been read as I receive the read recepits but not one of them have replied to my emails. I spoke to Keshnee this week and she advised me that my file was with their Finance department but I still have not received my money.
The service I have been getting from the above mentioned is pathetic. The other attorneys who were dealing with the registering of the bond have since refunded me my monies but not Baloyi Inc.
