Prescribed debt means that after 3 years the retail debt prescribes according to The Prescriptions Act 68 of 1969. I have told MBD on numerous occasions that i'm not paying a cent as this debt is not collectable as it's prescribed, but now i see that you are taking your chances again. I am going to lodge another complaint with Carte Blanche regarding this harrassment and bad practice. As a legal firm you should follow the law you claim to uphold, starting with The Prescriptions Act 68 of 1969. I am sick of your attempts to bully me into paying you money especially seeing as you have made me pay twice in the past for a prescibed debt (this was before i knew my rights which you were abusing). You can do what you want you will not get a cent from me and i will continue to forward my complaints to any instituion i feel will hear this.
