I am in the process of buying a house since December 2012 its April 2013 now. I was told by the attorney of JC Smit that the process would be done by mid march 2013 but i am still waiting while one blames the other over documents not been submitted to Deeds office and that documents that are lodged are rejected due to information being which inncomplete.this whole process should take 5-7 days now i'm being told of 7-20 days counting the days that i have already waited its more than a month and no one wants to take blame /looking for an exception to fasten the process. This work that they are both doing i have paid for lots of money in January 2013 but am still waiting for the work quoted on and running after both of them to do what i have paid them for. Sonye Meistre attorney are not even apologise but give you and attitude for the lodging that they been sitting with documents as if they are doing me a bona fide work. Sonye Meistre i have paid you to do the work and its called service to update customer with an update, that is what i paid for. Both these attorneys' have been customer service, how do you only react on the last day/not look for alternative
to cover up mess.
