Francois Bakkes advertised in our local newspaper, Potchefstrom Gazette, to be able to help with blacklisting. I called him and he mailed me a mandate order which I signed and mailed back along with the proof of the R980 payment that I made into his account! That was the last I heard from him. His PA only says that he is not available and will call back, which he never does. I became suspicious, googled him and found that I am not the first person to be by this man, and certainly wont be the last as he just continues to place adds in newspapers all over the country.
