I called the VVM call centre today. They have been sending me sms's on a prescribed account, 7000100100022847958. This account is a prescribed account and is more than 10 years old.
Janine had a stinking attitude on the phone and did not want to give me a hearing. She kept saying to Mr. and Which I'm Mrs. ELEBUTE. She was very polite and kept raising her voice. I must say that I'm disgusted and want to take this matter further.

I'm highly off and want this matter to be dealt with and please train your staff EDCON. I do not wish any further contact from VVM and will take the matter further to Legal Aid.
