We have been paying an admin order for 5yrs now to Reed & Stanley. I decided last week to get a balance from Nedbank direct and was given an amount of R14500, I contacted the attorney and was given a balance of R2 614? When I question the difference in amounts I was told that I should go with the Reed & Stanley balance. My initial Nedbank amount was R9000. As per Nedbank they have not received any payments on this account in years.
I need to have to admin order cancelled and we are now in a position to pay the creditors direct. Please assist us going forward.
