I paid my mortgage Conveyancer (i.e. Mariana Pera Prokureurs/Conveyancer) R51000 deposit for a homeloan but was finally granted a 100% homeloan by Nedbank. The Conveyancer should now refund me the R51000 immediately since I now received a 100% homeloan but the Conveyancer is now playing delaying games (i.e. they are delaying to refund me my R51000 deposit). I need this money (R51000) for my other bond registration fees. I have tried hard to get it back but was unsuccessful.
