In 2009 i took a policy with lesaka popcru funeral scheme. In 2011 May i upgraded that policy after four months of upgrading one of my dependant pass, i put in a claim and they refused to pay the full amount of the new cover i was only received half of the cover, in 2012 December i realized that they are still deducting the premiums for the dependant that has died. I inform their office in Vanderbijlpark and i filled in the necessary forms till this date i am still paying premiums for a dead person, i informed their head office and i'm still didn't get the help that i sought.
