Really poor service received

I filled for divorce in May of 2011 and appointed LMV Attorneys as my legal representation. My documents were served on the defendant on July 18, 2011 by the Centurion Sheriff's Department. The defendant only filled his response in the beginning of September 2011 way past the 10 days and 21 days as allocated by law. My lawyers could have placed my case on the unopposed roll as the documents contained a sufficient parenting plan as prescribed by the children's act. I have been patient and paid for a bill which I never received any reconciliation for up until August Last year following which I asked for an account on numerous occasions as well as the details of my new legal representative. I was not contacted in any form for over a year when I followed up on my case. I have been billed over R15, 000.00 rand for filling my divorce and following up on the progress of my case. This is despicable service and now that they have quit and refuse to represent me, I cannot afford a new lawyer. The representatives are rude and unresponsive. I need assistance from someone because I need to put this divorce behind me for the sake of my son. 2 Years is too Long!
