On 19-08-2011 I settled my Blue Financial Service account after receiving a settlement quote from a JM Attorneys call center agent. It's 2013 march and I'm still receiving calls, sms and letters of demand. Each time they call me I explain what happened and nobody cares to follow up on that.
On 23-02-2013 I sent an email to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed], attached was the proof of payment. I received an sms acknowledging my query yet I'm still receiving calls, sms and letters of demand.
I would appreciate it if this account could be closed. This is impacting negatively on my credit record.
