SETTLEMENT LETTER

I was paying my Standard Bank Credit card via RL Daly Attorneys. I finished paying off the account in December but to this day I haven't received the settlement letter from either Standard Bank or RL Daly. My
credit profile is not updated as well. Please update my profile and send me the letter as a matter of urgency. When people don't pay you harass them and when they finish paying they still don't get any
good service.
