I had credit card with FNB couple years ago which ran into arrears due to my financial situation then. It was handed over to VVM attorneys whom I made arrangements with them to pay on agreed amount I have been paying this regularly however VVM has just come out of nowhere with a ridiculous amount that they claim I owe from R32000 that they once claim I now owe them R53.000. to make thinks worse they sending emails of demand to my wife who has nothing to do with the debt please help because i have been trying to query this issue with them to no avail to start with you get blocked by call centre who seems to know nothing but being rude. please help.
Also note these has caused a rift in my family.
