On the 28/02/2013 I paid up my Absa credit card and requested a settlement letter from Brooks and Luyt. Everyday since the 28th I have been given promises that they would send me a settlement letter, to date I have not received the letter. I have been on the phone for the past week and have had no joy. On the 5th I Spoke to Thabo Siyanagelo and he advised his superior was printing out the settlement letter and would send it to me before 12H00am. STILL WAITING Today I spoke to the supervisor at 01H10pm and she promised to give me a call once she repremands her staff for making false promises. Still have not received a call from her. I have tried to call Absa Collections to assist but they say they are waiting for Brook and Luyt to update them. This is rediculous!!!
