I'm extremely frustrated as I am being harassed by this Legal team. I have an RCS account which payment had fallen behind on. I am now making monthly payments to RL Daly. Each month I fax and email proof of payment to the attorneys. I never receive confirmation that payment was received, nor a statement to show my balance.
The agents are really rude and refuse to offer any assistance, perhaps this is because they don't actually listen when you talk to them. Even with proof of payment being sent on a monthly basis I am now still being threatened with legal action. They are useless. I am seriously considering taking legal action of my own as this is now becoming ridiculous. This is Harassment!
