Do you know that you spend thousands if not millions of rands on salaries of employees that is apparently incapable of listening and/or typing. Not even to mentioned the monies that goes to waste due the your phone calls, which is apparently recorded, & if it is recorded why is noone following through on what u r so often REPEATEDLY being TOLD.I do no owe you, or your client, (EDCON:7000100100023228141), any money! Pls update your records accordingly. Read your sms's, emails and listen to your recordings and follow through on what you are being told. Despite 3 sms's and 2 phone calls this week, a certain Lindiwe from your offices phone me again today and the CHERRY ON TOP - drops the phone on me, while I am still speaking. Other than harassment, I would like to bring the principals of extinctive prescription as contained in the Prescription Act of 1969 under your attention. This account has prescribed 3 times over - if not more. Other than that, you have been referred to the Executor of our Estate more than 100 times over the past 5 years. Enough is enough.
