For over a year now i have been receiving an sms notification from Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates, a FINAL DEMAND ON TV Licence acc with an outstanding amount of R2750.00
My TV licence was cancelled years ago, i have supporting documentation and have confirmed by contacting the TV licence department more than once that my account is closed and no monies are outstanding.
Im being harassed by a legal company that does not even have the correct information!
When you try contact Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates you get through to a voice prompt, i have not once been able to speak to someone to ammend this.
