I requested the balance on an account of mine that was handed over to MBD. I was e-mailed the statement on 24/01/2013. I then paid the balance as stated by the statement on 29/01/2013. After a week I received an sms requesting a payment. I ignored the sms as I thought it maybe system generated and they had not removed my details from the sms's that circulate.

I then received a call from one of their agents saying to me that I need to make a payment. I told the agent the payment was made and I e-mailed the proof of payment as they asked me to send proof that I had already settled the account.

Today is 20/02/2013 and I just recieved another call requesting me to make a payment, frankly I am irritated by all of this now. How many times must I send the same proof of payment??? Surely there's a department that traces payments!!!
