I have been getting final demands, by phone, SMS & e-mail from said attorneys for a so-called outstanding amount I owe Discovery Health. (I resigned from Discovery Health due to poor service) Since I received the first demand, I tried to obtain details as to why I would owe them money, but all get is another nasty e-mail/phone call/SMS. They point blank ignore my requests. I'm NOT prepared to pay money unless I know what it is for.
When I resigned Discovery, I've given 1 calender months notice, as requested, my last premium due was paid by debit order and I have a statement showing that I do not owe any monies. I have proof of all of this, of which I send copies to Shapiro.
I would like this matter to be dissolved as soon as possible.
