I was entrenched end November 2017, I had already an arrangement in place with Nedbank as I was struggling financial but with me being retrenched I had way op paying them, I have contacted them since the day I found out and forward all the relevent documentation to both Nedbank and these lawers, which none responded to. I then received an SMS and email last week to say that they have requested a summons and then request a judgement (after Nedbank has listed on ITC that bad debt was written off) but in the same letter I was told say respond to say if I am unemployed. I started working again so made them an offer of R500 of which they said they will accept for 6 months but even while I am paying they are still going forward with the summons as the want over R3000 per month which I do not have.
