To all of you who have used Labour Law Services, AKA Labour Law Dex AKA Retrenchment Assist,
After 13 months of my case being settled with my former employer, I have yet to receive any positive reply or payment of that which is due to me from Labour Law Services.
I have had no less than 5 different people supposedly try and help me in the matter and what starts of as civil ends up in shocking service.
ALL monies paid by your previous employers, once your dispute is settled, does not go to a bank account held by Labour Law Services but to a totally seperate company namely Retrenchment Assist CC. trying to call them to assertain why and when my money will be paid is also a futile exercise.
To add insult to injury, these companies are not registered legal firms and therefore do not fall under the control of the respective Bar's in the provinces. Infact they don't have anyprofessional body controlling them and as I understand it this has been a point of contention for a number of years now.
I have been forced to open a case of Theft and Fraud against Labour Law Services and Retrenchment Assist CC in an attempt not only to get my money, but to stop the criminal behaviour they gladly produce with many of us on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis. You are more than welcome to join my sace infact the more people that join the case the better off we will all be the more chance of success we will have.
