I am not happy with the turnaround time of this transfer. Why?
Look at the e-mail trails and see who is causing the defect/s in administration of the transfer.
I incurring interest because of this. Please ensure immediate turnaround because I call you office but not pick up and email is a slow response. I not going to mention names it up to you to review weakness at you office. 14 years ago I had no great turnaround but not in 2016.
