We signed a bond with STD Bank who appointed N.Oppelt Inc as our Bond Attorneys. We went to sign at a House in Portlands, Mitchells Plain. We waited 30 minutes with no explanation of why. 2 men walked in and the Lady who assisted us stood up and walked to them and was speaking to them whilst we were suppose to be signing our house which is a life changing decision for us and this lady walks out and speak to these 2 gentlemen who were swearing and really vulgar and then comes back and continue as if nothing happened. This then took them 5 days longer than normal to submit the and after submitting the Paper work and reached the Deeds office on the Last minute the deeds office then rejected the Paper work a day before they closed on the 19 of December and the process then needed to be redone as they did not submit the correct forms. The Attorney firm closed down for the the festive season and only re-opened the 15th and resubmit it then so we only got confirmation today.
I feel these people are unprofessional and unorganized as this should have been done 2 months ago already and cost us 3 months extra Rent.
Please do NOT make use of this people, .STDBank should be Ashamed.
