During Apr May 2012 I reported these people for constantly sending SMS's that I ow them money. I then explaind, on attorneys advice, that their claim is no longer valid as they did not communicate with me in any manner whatsoever since 2005, the matter is PRESCRIBED
For the lastmonths now they are pestering me with claims that I am owing money to FNB. I have been getting e-mails from Nosuko Nelana@ GroenewaldLubbe Inc and I hve already responded to her that the maater is prescribed.
Today again I receive SMS's and calls, threatening me. I now have contacted the Credit Councel and Credit Ombud. What happened to morlity and and business practises. They know very well once you admit that the matter is prescribed they should closse the account.
I think they are a bunch of criminals and will not tolerate their harassment.
