I have been calling Mr Van der Walt office since February 2013 and again this week requesting my 2 letters which confirms I have fully paid my 2 Capitec debts, all i get is "Mr Van der Walt still to sign letters and in court whole day" you can understand how this affect me, i was retrenched in February 2013 and busy searching for the job but but because of the listing in ITC I have to show proof of my other debts I have so receiving such remark every time I call its unfair to me at all. When I ask who is dealing with my account this lady in extension 500 keeps telling me its a call centre but I know I previously dealt with an African Lady who was very compentent and would fax me immediately when asked but this time I am struggling, if Mr van Der Walt only comes in office when they gone, surely if letters are prepared would be on his desk to sign and they get them next morning. Do they understand some of us are bread winners to be declined jobs and when we try to make amends and ignored regardless? I am told tomorrow and tomorrow, these calls costs me money i dont have. Can one do his/her job please, you collected please think about my future, I need this job to continue paying debt
