I unfortunately chose this company, Retrenchment Assist to assist me with my retrenchment issues. Not only did they do nothing to assist me but the general manager Renusha and got my pay out to be deposited into their company account. Also they about their commission and even though we have four witnesses to the percentage agreed they are claiming 45% of my payment instead of the agreed 10%. Now that they have my money paid into their account they refuse to take my calls, respond to my sms's and e-mails. Renusha also tried to get me and a colleague to secretely pay her R5000.00 in cash in order to reduce the percentage we should pay Retrenchment Assist. This unethical lady now does not want to deal with us anymore ad refuses to escalate our grievance and complaints to her manager. No one in this company is willing to assist or refer us to the senior manager. What can we do to get our money from this company as my bank account is in arrears and all my debit orders has bounced. Being retrenched and now having to deal with such people as Renusha Chanderdhev is sickening beyond word.
