I am really getting tired of RL Daly attorneys. I have been making payments towards an ABSA account and even though payments are done on time, I still get SMS saying payments were not done. When I call into their call centre I am giving some story about payment not yet reflecting on "the system". This even though payment was done from an absa in another absa account. I am of the opinion that this is a ploy to extract more legal fees from clients. Even after I faxed and emailed proof of payment to them, the "system" is still not updated. Not to mention the call centre staff giving me an alternative email address to send proof of payment, but that just doesn't work or is not valid. When I tried to talk to one of the managers, Verrushka, the phonecall was cut midway. I am really tired of RL Daly and their system.
