I have been calling Retrenchment assist landline 0116123717 looking for Renusha as she is my case manager to assist and everytime I call the receptionist, she refuses to put the calls through and takes the messages instead. I have left countless messages everyday for Renusha to call me back or to email me since the beginning of January 2014 and I still have not received any feedback. I have sent countless emails to [Email Removed] and to [Email Removed] and no one has responded to my mails either.
I would like to find out what is happening as two payments are outstanding as per the agreement which was reached between myself and the previous employer.
Lately I have to call to even get the payment. Retrenchment assist has been receiving all the payments on time and they dont pay me on time and this has happened twice before already.
