At the end of 2012 I have given a months notice to end my Telkom account. Telkom did not closed the account and have given me endless and inconsistent accounts. After long discussions with Telkom in which they agreed to sort out the problem and give me a new bill they just handed my account over to MMM Capital. I have stated clearly to MMM Capital that I am more than willing to pay what is due to Telkom but not the bill they have send me and certainly not any extra cost to MMM Capital.
MMM Capital have sit on this account for months and even at one stage when I made an enquiry admitted that their personal did not do their work properly.
MMM Capital have now wrote a bad credit report to my name and I must assume that they have wilfully tried to damage my name.
I have send an e-mail to MMM Capital in which I have demanded a response and to set my record straight. They have just ignored me and did not even responded to show that they have read my complaint.
Why would they - they most properly were paid by Telkom and what do they feel for me. It is an absolute disgrace that any person or business have the power to bully people into paying accounts which are neither correct or legal.
