BAD ATTITUDE and ASSISTANCE is an UNDERSTATEMENT

Hammond Pole attorneys have a bad attitude when it comes to service providing. I am in an unfortunate financial position where I owe Nedbank for a very old student loan. They have contacted me to arrange payments which I have since been doing. However when I do pay I still receive very snotty SMS "reminding" me to pay, even though it was done already. Today places the cherry on the top... We all now the January is also known as Janu-Worry, I have been trying to contact Hammond Pole Attorneys numerous times since early Janu-Worry in an attempt to make an additional arrangement, to no avail. When calling all the numbers I have of them the phone will ring unanswered or just die on me. This morning I received a call from a very rude and inhumane call-centre agent (what I assume is a call centre agent). When trying to explain him that I have been attempting to get into contact with them he would rudely interrupt me and just keep on speaking. He would not listen. I have been taught not to fight fire with fire but after repeated interruptions I lost it and started being rude myself, after being unable to handle the bad treatment I hung up feeling very distraught and having my day ruined.
