I sent an email a week ago which she never read

I was paying via debit order for my UKZN debt and in November I lost my job. After the last payment I could afford to make, for now (until I get another job) I sent an email to Azola, the lady who was handling my case. Caryn then called me last week and I missed the call but I sent her an email explaining that I have told Azola what's going on. She never replied.

Today she calls me and asks me about the debit order, which obviously didn't go off because there is no money in my account and I told her I sent her and Azola emails and she told me straight that she never read it (how competent).

I asked her to please read my email and I dropped the phone because I had a screaming sick baby at home so a few minutes later she ds me an email saying she will proceed with the legal route because I'm so rude and I will never get anywhere in life (really??)

I told her she's not and she should have read my email. I don't appreciate that she took what shoulda been a professional call and she made it personal.

I don't care what happens to her but I would like my case to be assigned to someone else please.
