I made a Hellopeter complaint. Yes I was contacted very quickly. Mrs R van der Westhuizen took down the details of my complain.

AFTER A WHILE I WENT BACK TO THE HELLOPETER SITE AND SAW THAT "THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN RESOLVED SATISFACTORY" (NOW CHANGED BY Mrs S Suleman)

WHAT A LIE. NOT JUST DID I RECEIVED NO FEEDBACK BUT Mrs R van der Westhuizen TO THERE INTERNAL OMBUDSMAN DEPARTMENT (Mrs S Suleman). HOW CAN A MATTER BE RESOLVED IF THE OTHER PARTY DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THE OUTCOME IS?

THIS ONLY SHOWS YOU THAT THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE CLIENTS AT ALL.

IN THE END LIPCO STILL DO NOT WANT TO SEE THAT THE CONSUMER MUST GET THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT IN A MATTER WHERE THE CLIENT WAS MISLED. THE MEMBERS THAT GAVE ME THE WRONG INFO IS STILL WORKING FOR LIPCO SO THE COMPANY IS STILL BOUND BY THAT INFO I WAS GIVEN

SO LOOK OUT LIPCO, THIS MATTER HAS BEEN REFERRED TO OSTI (OMBUDSMAN) AND THE NEWS PAPERS. I HOOP THAT YOUR EYES WILL OPEN AS SOON AS YOU START TO LOOSE CLIENTS.

I FEEL THAT IF YOU HANDLE A CLIENT LIKE THIS IN A SMALL PROBLEM HOW CAN YOU HANDLE A CLIENT WITH A SERIOUS MATTER, JUST LOOK AT THE OTHER HELLOPETER POSTS.

AGAIN I HAD TO PHONE TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON

Lipco send me a lawyer on my first appearance, this guy didn't seem to know his way around the court. A bit perturbed I let them know. Received no response only in the Friday before court to inform me about him again and not to forget the court date. This attorney out of nowhere was trial ready I was so shocked as he never consulted me as a client , in any event I let him go and obtained a better attorney from Workerslife. They give you a list and ask at least if Tue location suits you. At lipco they gibe you what they want without considering the policy holders plight. I am disappointed and disgusted for the first time I need to make use of their services. My fellow colleagues feel the same and I will inform others on our saps webpage. Frederick
