Wrong debit order date

Good day,
Firstly, I would like to state on record that one of sims were, I reported it to the SAPS in 2011, 3 years later, still no response on the investigation. After sending numerous emails & calls to MTN, they too were not bothered, I got no help or assistance. If the calls were investigated and noticed that they calls were made to various people, no one that I would even know, in Soweto & other areas, they would know that I did not make the calls. But none the less, any cent that MTN can people form im sure they would do! I made an arrangement with MBD inc to pay R250.00 per month until this bill is paid for, the debit for the last working day or 01 of every month. MBD not debits my account willy nilly, as soon as I get money in my account, they debit. Today, I needed to take my child to the doctor, someone put money into my account & MBD debited. Even though the signed document, which came from MBD stated debits to be done on 01 of a month. I think that it is RIDICULOUS to debit as you please especially when you have an arrangement with a client. I expect never to happen again. You are NOT allowed to debit as you feel. Don't breach your agreement
