Why is no one getting back to me regards to my complaint I logged on hello peter? is this what FNB has come to? I think the other alternative would be to choose a different back that wants to SERVE their clients and deliver HELPFUL customer service.
I am sick off having to call and phone FNB to assist me regarding my debit order that went of for R2000 AFTER I settled my FNB SMART DEVICE ACCOUNT.
I phoned the smart device department yesterday and the account person could not even assist me with my issue. Then why do I need to call fnb to solve a problem that they cause just to be ignored and not be helped!!!
