After I was retrenched in October 2012 I went to retrenchment assist, the first day was great service then, when I walked out the service came to a dead stop, The case was supposed to be handled by the 31st of December, I'm still awaiting calls from them, I am making daily calls to the company and not receiving any calls back, I'm still waiting a call back from the managers, I am not getting out of my retrenchment package what was promised to me, no paper work is given to me so that I can take to the banks to cancel bills or anything, me previous employer have paid out to retrenchment assist, but I'm not getting anything out of the settlement thus far. I'm not getting what I was promised out of the settlement, not even a retrenchment letter!! I believe a phone call back the same day is not too much to ask for when you are promised you will receive a phone call that same day, and not even receiving it 3 days afterwards.
