I am sick an tired of emails and phone calls from VVM.
I have sent payment confirmation of my sabc tv license 3 times now.
You are completely incompetent and your staff are useless and rude.
Your stupid portal is also a waste of time and completely unusable to resolve anything.
You should NOT be in business!
If I receive 1 more email claiming I have not paid when I have sent you proof of payment several times now, I will report you to the credit ombudsman and take legal action against you for harassment.
