I received a settlement letter from Telkom indicating that my debt has been paid off and settled, but the VVM call center keeps on harassing me. Every time they phone I advise them that I received a letter from Telkom that the debt has been settled, they then say thank you and hang up. Four weeks later I will receive an email with a statement indicating that additional interest and charges has been added to the account, and normally on the same day I receive a phone call from the call center again. This has been continuing for almost 4 months now.
Please stop phoning me!
