Payments not reflecting / Harrasment

VVMs option to put in a query on their transaction portal does not work, and past queries on the general 'contact us' site are never acknowledged. I am extremely frustrated. How does one actually get hold of them and obtain a written response confirming resolution??? I made a payment arrangement with them on 27 September 2013, not one payment is reflecting as being made, i receive no less than 3 threatening letters via email a month from them. Its odd though as I have received calls reminding me to keep to the arrangement as well as thanks for making payment sms acknowledgements.

I spoke to Anita on 27 September 2013 from 15:10 to 15:20 in response to their letter dated 16 September, we made an arrangement as per the special offer presented for me to pay R150.50 by 30 September 2013 and thereafter another 11 installments in the amount of R150.50 by the 28th of each month. This i have done faithfully every month.

It is ridiculous that i make an arrangement, do my part, yet continually get harassed due to poor admin. How is a company unable to allocate FOUR payments!!! Yet i have actually received acknowledgement for one of them.

I need this sorted out soonest pls.
