I have bad debt with Vodacom which was taken over from VVM Attorneys as debt collectors. I have agreed 2 years ago to pay monthly via debit order but have asked through their website portal to please stop the debit orders as I don't have a job or income. Today I have received an email from them that they are going to force another debit order. I don't have any money in my bank account and I will also be liable for bank fees now. I am really struggling withou an income. Both their telephone numbers stay engaged and I am on a pay as you go and my airtime is very low.
Please assist me to stop this debit order?
