I was employed by Eco Labour Networx as a paralegal and provided skilled level work including recruitment, selection and placement of their other staff, procurement of clients and travel for client meetings.
I incurred costs to fascilitate the execution of these duties with very little support from the company.
I was sent 500km to visit a client erroneously and had to cover the cost personally.
I have never been remunerated for my services and have been a victim of a delict.
