I paid my ABSA/Barckley Credit Card fininshed and the account was closed in March 2012. I phone ABSA and Norton Lambrianos Many times to sned me a paid up letter but with no response. The customer service was not helpfull at all. Some of the consultants was actually very unfriendly and just passed me on to the next consultant. ABSA and Norton Lambrianos do not have any customer service at all.
