I enlisted the services of Hahn and Hahn to assist me with the rescission of my judgement to be able to clear my name with the credit bureaus. I made a payment R3, 500 for this and sent all the required documents on the 8th of July 2013. On the 6th of Aug 2013 I was told that my case will be handled by Bongani and was asked to sign and certify an affidavit which i did, i was also given a copy of the consent letter/ affidavit from the responded confirming that they are not opposing the action. I was given assurance that this will take about two to three weeks to get a court date. I did not hear anything since then and on the 2nd of Sept 2013 i called Bongani who was not sure if the order has been granted or not, he promised to call me on the 4th Sept but I never heard anything from him until i sent an email and was told that they have obtained the court date and the matter will be on roll on the 17th of Sept 2013.The next call that i got was that my file has "mysteriously" disappeared from the court files and was then told that a duplicate file has to be made and the new court date will be secured after that. Its 6 months now and there's still no court date and no help for me.
