During Apr May 2013 I reported these people for constantly sending SMS's that I ow them money. I then explaind, on attorneys advice, that their claim is no longer valid as they did not communicate with me in any manner whatsoever since 2003. They then admitted that they are in the wrong.
For the last year now they are pestering me with claims that I am owing money to FNB. On14 Dec 13 they even advised me that the sheriff will attach my assets.
This is all after they admitted to be in the wrong. Now I again receive SMS's and calls, threatening me. I now have contacted the Credit Councel and Credit Ombud.
I think they are a bunch of criminals and will not tolerate their harassment.
