Its funny how they can call you all the time to make payments and bill you for each and every call that they make to you. I have paid my account with MBD attorneys and was told that i will get a paid up letter. After several phone calls to them i finally got an email but it was for an acknowledgement of debt... this clearly was incorrect... I called again and was told that the letter will be sent to me... Sure they sent an email... in an incorrect format... the format was winmail.dat.. never heard of that before... I called again requesting for them to resend this mail in the correct format of which i was told to Dial 0115604734. To date I still have not received the paid up letter. Hopefully i will receive the letter now. I wonder can i bill them for all the phone calls i wasted to them for a simple paid up letter... I have been using my cell phone to call them and the unprofessional call centre agents will have a conversation while they assisting you not even bothered about the client on the phone!!! This really... CAN I PLEASE HAVE A PAID UP LETTER EMAILED TO ME AS PER WHAT YOU PROMISED!!!
